We are now opening the first overseas restaurant “Ore-no Kappou by Ginza Okamoto". This restaurant located in Hong Kong will soft open on February 15, 2015(Sunday).

We chose Hong Kong for the first overseas destination, since the city is the culinary capital of Asia, and its diners are some of the most discerning when it comes to Japanese cuisine.

Hidetsugu Okamoto, Michelin 2 starred chef of “Ginza OKAMOTO” will work in close partnership with the director and executive chef of the Ore-no Kappou chain in Japan, Hiroshi Shimada. The expertise of both will ensure that “Ore-no Kappou by Ginza Okamoto” provides patrons with a Japanese culinary experience unlike any other in Hong Kong.
