Japan Airline (JAL) introduced new in-flight meal on Japan (Narita, Nagoya, Osaka) -Honolulu route, collaborated with ‘Ore-no Italian’ and ‘Ore-no French’, will start to be provided from 1st September, 2013.

Kazuhide Nose, executive chef of ‘Ore-no French’ and Toshihiro Yamaura, executive chef of ‘Ore-no Italian’ work together to design the special in-flight meal for Japan Airlines, “Ore-no Kinaishoku for resort” with the reference from the popular menus in our restaurants.

Main dish designed by Chef Nose, side dish and dessert designed by Chef Yamaura will be provided between September and November 2013.

Ore-no Beef Stroganoff

■Appetizer
Ore-no Appetizer Prawn cocktail and consommé gelée

■Salad
Ore-no Salad with truffle-flavored dressing

■Dessert
Ore-no Sweets Dessert Tiramisu

The menu will be renewed per 3 months thereafter. Have a nice flight and enjoy ‘Ore-no’ seasonal menu!
