“Ore-no Kinaishoku for Resort” Winter menu starts
The new menu of “Ore-no Kinaishoku for Resort” will be served from 1st December 2013. “Ore-no Kinaishoku for Resort” is an in-flight meal on Economy Class of JAL<Japan (Narita, Nagoya, Osaka)-Honolulu>route, since September 2013.
In the winter menu, the main dish is produced by Toshihiro Yamaura(executive chef of ‘Ore-no Italian’), and the side dish, by Kazuhide Nose(executive chef of ‘Ore-no French’).
