Until now
He started athletics in junior high school and was praised for his achievements, including winning a prize at the National Athletic Meet, and continued competing after joining the company, competing in the national athletics meet until he was 30. At one point he was aiming to compete in the Olympics, and in winemaking he devoted himself daily to making "world-class wines." When he joined the company, the amount of wine-specific varieties produced was small, and full-scale winemaking was also extremely small, but every time he tasted various award-winning wines and world-class grand vins, he began to want to make such wines at his own company, and that's where he is today.
Message from Matsuda:
We want to spread the word about wine and lifestyles that involve it, so that more people can learn about it. We want to create an opportunity for people to learn about wine from various perspectives, such as the flavor structure and how to drink it. We look forward to seeing you all at the venue.
