We are experiencing a bug where the screen remains white and freezes upon launching the app, preventing normal operation.
Our investigation confirmed that this issue occurs on devices with iOS 26.4 beta installed.
Please note that the iOS beta version is not the official version, and proper operation is not guaranteed for all apps.
Therefore, if you update to the beta version, there is a possibility that you may not be able to acquire points correctly within the app.
We have requested the system management company to make modifications so that it will work without problems even in the beta environment.
Please exercise caution when updating your operating system.
