We started last month with some of Japan's leading jazz musicians.
A collaboration between "music" and "food."
Thanks to everyone who came,
We are pleased to announce that the second event will be held.
On that day, we will be operating under a special schedule, focusing on live jazz music, rather than our usual hours.
The sophisticated space of the grand maison,
It will transform into a full-fledged jazz club for one night only.
Exciting live performances by top-class musicians,
Please enjoy a special moment shaped by our restaurant's signature dishes.

【JONATHAN KATZ – Piano】
Originally from New York. Has lived in Tokyo for many years.
She studied music extensively at Yale University and the Eastman School of Music Graduate School, and after studying abroad at Sophia University, she is now based in Tokyo.
He has performed with Ray Brown (bass), Kenny Burrell (guitar), Lew Tabackin (tenor saxophone), and others.
He is the leader of "TOKYO BIG BAND," a 19-member band founded in 2008.
He has provided over 100 compositions and arrangements for the orchestra.
Since 2019, he has served as the pianist for the annual "Disney World Beat" hall concert tour in Japan.
He has worked as a pianist for pop music performances by the NHK Symphony Orchestra and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, and has appeared on TV Asahi's "Untitled Concert."
She has a wide range of activities, including having performed with Hiroshi Itsuki and Lisa Ono.
With a swingy yet poetic sound, and a humorous and imaginative piano playing and compositional style,
He enjoys support from a wide range of listeners. As an instructor, he is dedicated to mentoring the next generation not only in Japan but also in Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and other countries.
 
[Satatsu Kusui – Bass]
Born on May 16, 1985, in Asahikawa City, Hokkaido.
She played the electronic organ in her childhood, the electric bass from junior high school, and started playing the double bass after joining the Hosei University Jazz Study Club.
He studied under Yosuke Inoue and began his professional performing career while still a student.
The band's sound is supported by a robust swing beat rooted in the jazz tradition and a wide range of musicality that can adapt to various genres.
Since 2011, he has been a member of the Fumio Karashima (Piano) Trio and participated in a two-month nationwide tour.
He served as the rhythm section in his later years, alongside Nobuyuki Komatsu (Drums).
He has collaborated with numerous artists from various genres beyond jazz, including Maki Ohguro and Zeebra, as well as J-POP and HIP-HOP artists.
He also teaches at Hot Music School and Iida Jazz School, and dedicates himself to nurturing the next generation of musicians by conducting workshops in various locations.
 
[Tomoyuki Okabe – Drums]
Born in Tokyo in 1983.
After entering junior high school, I joined the brass band and began playing percussion instruments.
At the age of 15, I heard the performance of the late Motohiko Hino and became interested in jazz.
After enrolling at Waseda University, he joined the university's Modern Jazz Club and began playing jazz drums seriously.
During my four years at university, I studied under Junji Hirose.
In 2008, at the invitation of bassist Rodney Whitaker, he moved to the United States to study at Michigan State University.
He studied drums under Randy Gelispie and also worked as an assistant to Rodney Whitaker, performing both in the US and internationally.
After graduating, I briefly lived in New York and returned to Japan in February 2010.
After returning to Japan, she is based in Tokyo and is active throughout Japan and internationally.
 
[Andrea L. Hopkins – Vocal]
Andrea L. Hopkins is a talented singer/songwriter who can sing jazz, R&B, pop, rock, and gospel.
He has been active in the music industry for over 30 years.
With a deep, warm, velvety singing voice, she sings everything from jazz standards to R&B classics.
While cherishing tradition, they captivate audiences with their unique style of expression.
He started his career in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and gained experience by collaborating with many renowned musicians.
Since their first visit to Japan in 1995, they have been active in various parts of the world, including Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Italy.
In Japan, he has participated in tours with Eikichi Yazawa and recordings with Ayumi Hamasaki. He has also performed with Mariah Carey and Allen Toussaint.
Furthermore, she has also sung for corporate commercials and participated in the music for the popular game series "Final Fantasy XI" and "Final Fantasy XV,"
She is an internationally acclaimed vocalist active in a wide range of fields.
