Furthermore, Junichi Hasegawa, a Tokyo Meister and the manager and corporate sommelier of Oreno French Grand Maison, will guide you through the pairings and ways to enjoy the dishes.

Brewer: Kohei Koyama
Born in Yamagata Prefecture, raised in Aomori Prefecture.
Career
■My mother's side of the family comes from a sake brewery in Yamagata (a family of sake brewers for generations).
■I grew up in Aomori Prefecture, a region rich in nature, until I was 18 years old.
■After graduating from university, I gained 12 years of experience in the business world in Tokyo, London, and other cities.
■In 2011, I made a firm decision and moved to New Zealand with my family.
■Graduated at the top of his class from Lincoln University with a degree in viticulture and enology.
■Practical experience in grape cultivation and winemaking at renowned wineries in New Zealand and California.
■After five years of managing a winery, he was appointed head of viticulture and winemaking at URLAR in 2018.
