Our store boldly purchases an entire cow of Kuroge Wagyu beef, a breed that Japan is proud of around the world!
We serve hamburgers and steaks that make generous use of this meat.
The meat is carefully selected and procured by our head chef, who has worked at a yakiniku restaurant for over 30 years.
Enjoy sirloin, fillet, lean meat, marbled meat, etc. The tenderness and delicious fat that only Japanese Black beef can offer are exquisite.
Our specially made hamburger steak is made from coarsely ground beef so that you can enjoy the original flavor of the Wagyu beef. Please enjoy the delicious, meaty taste.
