“Ore-no French NINGYOCHO” grand opening soon

We are now opening "Ore-no French NINGYOCHO", as an experimental restaurant for a franchise organization, which is under contemplation. The grand opening will be at 8th November, reservation acceptance starts at 30th October.

 

【Grand chef】 Yasufumi Obuchi
Alpino / L’eau a la bouche / La Venus

A leading chef of the field of French cuisine in Japan. Obuchi is the only Japanese chef that won the world championship 1997 against the chairperson of Culinary Institute of America(CIA) at Greystone.

<Grunt meunier>, <Wild duck roti with burdock sauce, flavor of Japanese parsley>, <Quail wrapped in pie crust>, <Matsutake pizza> are his still famous masterpieces.

In 1998 Henri Gault, co-founder of the “Gault et Millau” guides, has visited “La Venus” and extolled Obuchi’s cuisine. An amusing anecdote is, that Gault made a phone call immediately to Joel Robuchon and suggested to visit “La Venus”.

Now Obuchi’s aim is to raise a number one chef in the world with his own hands.

Ex-manager of “Ore-no French EBISU”, who gained a reputation by his kind and courteous service, and owns a record of 6.5 times seat turnover in a day.

We normally have reservations for next month from the 1st of the previous month, but for “Ore-no French NINGYOCHO” we accept the booking until 30th December, from 1st October, this time alone.
From 1st December, we follow the usual way and accept reservations until next month-end.
